When will my order ship?
We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed before 4 PM are usually dispatched the same day.
Standard dispatch time: 1–2 business days depending on item availability and order volume.
You’ll receive a confirmation email and Call once your order is shipped, along with a tracking info.

Delivery time
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and the selected delivery method:
Standard Delivery (TCS): 2–4 working days
In-Home Delivery (Lahore): 1–2 working days
Pre-orders / Out-of-stock items: Estimated time will be communicated separately
You’ll be notified at every step so you can plan ahead confidently.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and Call.
To track your order status, you can also use the “Track Order” feature on our website.
